Ken's Appliance Service has been the trusted provider for appliance repair in Nashville and the surrounding area for over 40 years. In 2016 we expanded to cover Chattanooga and in 2023 we added Memphis to our territory. We now span across Tennessee and service almost all areas surrounding Nashville, Chattanooga, and Memphis. We service hundreds of appliances every week, train on new products, and stay up to date on service bulletins and repair trends. We use only genuine, OEM, factory certified parts. At our parts counter located in Murfreesboro, you can also purchase parts for several brands of appliances, many of which we have in stock. Our Story
What started as a small, one man operation has grown into a business providing repair service across the state. Ken was an old-school appliance tech, running the whole operation out of his home with the help of his wife. Eventually, the quality of his workmanship got around and he had more business than he could handle. He took on another technician to help out with the workload. When Ken retired, he sold Ken's Appliance Service to his long time partner, Mike. From there the business continued to grow, adding more technicians and more area. In the early 2010's Whirlpool reached out asking for Ken's to be the primary service provider in the Nashville market. We accepted and have been the first choice for Whirlpool's warranty service since. Seeing the good work we were doing in Nashville, Whirlpool asked for Ken's to cover Chattanooga as well. After some growing pains and a lot of traveling back and forth, we found a system that worked for Chattanooga so we could recreate the success we had in Nashville. With the Chattanooga branch up and running smoothly, Ken's expanded west into Memphis. After more growing pains, the dust has settled and we now proudly serve almost the entire state of Tennessee. Our home office has moved a few times over the years, but today you can find us at 511-B Middle Tennessee Boulevard in Murfreesboro.
